Our Villa is in Capezzano Pianore, in the borough of Camaiore, in the heart of the green land of Versilia, at 3 kms from the beach of Tuscany and offers a perfect location to go and visit Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Camaiore, Viareggio and Torre Del Lago.
The building develops on 2 floors and has 4 large bedrooms, individually decorated, each with an en-suite bathroom and large built in showers.
A welcoming reception and a cosy sitting area in front of a fire place is what you find by the moment you step in, to provide you with a reading spot as well as an area where to have your breakfast either inside or outside in the lovely veranda, (weather permitting).
Each room is fully equipped with A/C, a fridge (for drinks only), free of access WIFI and independently operated heating.
A warm, family, cosy atmosphere, this is what I wanted to create, by choosing the furnishings and the furniture, to welcome the guest in an environment aesthetically pleasant.
Both the public and the private areas are enriched by pieces of arts: paintings and graphics by the most famous national and international artists like: Gio’ Pomodoro, Mimmo Paladino, Wilfred Lam, Enrico Prampolini and Victor Pasmore, to name a few.
But also ceramics and pieces of glass to be collected, as an echo of what our land has to offer in terms of art and beauty.
Our breakfast is rich, made with locally produced cakes, pastries and bread and focaccia and salamis, yoghurts, cereals… and has also a corner of gluten-free products to meet with everybody’s needs.
Our rooms are spotless clean, thank to a daily, deep, cleaning that guarantees the client a pleasant and clean environment to live in.
We love our Environment and we opted for an Environmental Friendly style of life by using solar panels to produce energy, by using led bulbs in our lamps, 0 km products for our breakfas, animal cruelty free products in our bathrooms and by treating our garden with toxic free nourishments.
It’ s for this life style that pets are welcomed as long as they respect the common rules of good living.

The b&b I Frutteti, is a lovely place. When you open the front door, you feel like you've always lived there. Each room is well appointed, the cleanliness is excellent and the setting is romantic. Titian the landlord, he is fantastic and takes care of everything. I, I fell in love with the Apple room. Each bedroom is well appointed. Beautiful garden, where on sunny days, you can have breakfast under the pergola. Every morning you wake up with the delicious smell of coffee and fantastic freshly baked cakes. The location is strategic, because in a short time, you can reach Camaiore, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi .... I wish everyone a good stay.

I can't give it 6 stars .... Otherwise it would deserve it. High level management by Titian (the owner) is Simona (fantastic) rustic near the center with garden on two sides including veranda for breakfast. Bar, Pizzaria, oven, laundry, distributor within 100 meters I would say EXCELLENT !! 4 tastefully decorated themed rooms, all new. Fireplace large room and kitchen including WiFi of course don't you believe the medal of this B&B? simple! Look at the pictures ...

A magnificent stay. They pampered us throughout the holiday. The B&B is very nice and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. With the bicycles they have made available, you can easily reach the sea. The location is also excellent for visiting the beautiful villages that this area offers.

Before arrival: the B&B does not provide a reception desk service 24h and we therefore kindly ask you to inform us about your time of arrival in advance so as to make sure to be on site, waiting for you. No complaints or requests of refund will be accepted for waiting, in case this piece of information is not provided. Check in is from 6 pm to 8 pm, but we may agree on an earlier time upon availability.
Documents: according to the Italian laws, guests unable to prove their identity with a passport, ID or Driving Licence, may not be accepted. The client is NOT authorized to bring in unchecked in people, without the B&B owner ‘s consent.
Keys: on arrival, guests will be provided with a bunch of keys containing: room key/front door key/ gate key. In case you lose them a charge of 100 euros will be debited on your credit card.
On Check-out day the room must be checked out by 10 am. A late check out must be agreed with us before day of departure.
Booking & payment: booking can be processed by email or through the web site and will be confirmed in writing after a down payment of 30% will be executed on our bank account (Iban code: IT65D0306970224100000002356), settlement will be executed at the b&b by credit card or cash ( no cheque can be accepted).
Cleaning: Cleaning procedures takes place every day between 10.30 and 12 am. If the room is not free at this time, cleaning will take place on the following day. For long stays bed linen will be changed every three nights unless clearly necessary, bath towels will be changed every day if shown to be changed.
During your stay: please make sure to respect other people ‘s privacy, don’t make noises at night time, switch off lights and A/C when leaving the room; don’t start a fire, don’t bring food in your room, don’t use the kitchen, DON’T SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM O IN THE PUBLIC SPACES.
Personal belongings: please do not leave your personal belongings in the public areas, the b&b will not be responsible in case of missing objects.
Cancellation Policy: in case of cancellation the 30% downpayment will not be refunded. During high season ( June, July, August) If booking is cancelled at 7 days before arrival a full refund will debited on the credit card provided in guarantee of your booking ( in addition to the downpayment).
Booking Cancellation: the deposit will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Breakfast: breakfast will be served in the public area or under the veranda from 8 to 10 am.
Smoking, alcohol and drugs: it is strictly forbidden to use or bring any of the aforementioned substances on the B&B premises. Smoking is permitted only in the open air areas if it is not disturbing other clients.
